These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 123ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 123ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your account. You agree to:
123ph will never ask for your password via any channel, including live chat, SMS, or email. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 123ph support immediately.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. 123ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
All financial transactions on 123ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 123ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits are credited to your 123ph wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. 123ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network issues beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which is a PAGCOR compliance requirement. KYC verification typically takes one (1) business day. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published in the 123ph Help Center.
123ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. 123ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 123ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its pre-error state. Players must not use any software, tool, script, bot, or automated system to interact with 123ph games. The use of such tools constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 123ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software on the platform.
Any unauthorized use of 123ph's intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
123ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 123ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
123ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 123ph support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the player's wallet (after deduction of any bonus credits subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 123ph reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 123ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 123ph support. 123ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with 123ph's handling of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
123ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 123ph will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the 123ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
